Click through the flow below — a modernized site, online tour scheduling, the front office’s shared calendar, live enrollment tracking, paperless tuition statements, a look at classroom rosters and staff scheduling on the admin side, and what it would take to build this for real. Built around La Habra Montessori’s real programs and families.
✎ A starting point, not a final design. Everything below is a concept to spark the conversation — the actual look, layout and features are shaped together with La Habra Montessori during the Discovery & Strategy phase.
A nurturing Montessori environment for infants through after-school care — serving La Habra and surrounding cities since 2014.
3–24 months. Montessori sensorial and practical-life activities with a loving, individualized daily plan.
A slower-paced, child-centered classroom that builds independence, language and early social skills.
A five-day rhythm that builds focus and readiness, with a Kindergarten program for qualified students.
Ages 6–13. Free transport, homework help, breakfast & snacks, and weekly dance class.
Since 2014, La Habra Montessori has run its own Infant Care Center and grown to offer a full Montessori experience through Kindergarten. Students build academic, artistic and social skills side by side, guided by Dr. Maria Montessori’s philosophy of independence and hands-on discovery.
Montessori education adapts to each child’s own pace and interests. In a prepared classroom, children choose purposeful, hands-on work — developing concentration, motivation and a genuine love of learning under a trained guide.
Pouring, buttoning, tying — coordination and independence.
Exploring taste, smell, sight, touch & hearing.
Concrete materials — beads and boards — for real understanding.
Rhyming, letters, sandpaper tracing and vocabulary building.
Cultures, history and the natural world through music, art & movement.
A diverse, inclusive community. La Habra Montessori welcomes families of every background, faith and family structure — and builds a curriculum that helps children appreciate different cultures and perspectives from day one.
Infant-toddler Montessori materials for sensorial exploration, practical life, numbers, letters, shapes and colors — plus singing, story time and daily written reports for every family.
A slower-paced, child-led classroom with a lower teacher-child ratio. Children build language, math and practical-life skills through Montessori materials at their own pace, with field trips woven in.
A consistent, five-day rhythm that builds focus and school-readiness, with small-group work matched to each child’s maturity — plus a full Kindergarten program for qualified students.
Free pickup and drop-off, homework supervision, breakfast & snacks, weekly dance class, arts and crafts, and a well-supervised, fun learning environment year-round.

A director’s view of every classroom’s roster and capacity — instead of checking four different sign-in binders to see who has room for fall enrollment.

Sample rosters shown for illustration — reflects a full fall term, not live counts.
One shared roster of every teacher’s assignment, certification status and schedule — instead of a binder in the front office that’s only ever as current as the last update.
Sample staff list shown for illustration — the same view could pull real certification expirations and send renewal reminders automatically.
Every inquiry, tour, application and enrollment from this walkthrough could land here automatically — right now that same information likely lives across a phone log, a paper tour sign-in sheet and a filing cabinet. Try “+ Add Inquiry,” or click a card through the pipeline.
Sample pipeline shown for illustration — the same board could pull real inquiries from the website’s tour-request form and sync tuition status with your billing.
This screen is us, Alton Pro — not a page on lahabramontessori.com.
Alton Pro designs and builds technology around your workflows, your team, and your families — so your software works the way your school does. We’re founder-led: you’d work directly with the engineer building this, start to finish, not a sales team that hands you off.
We map exactly how tour requests, admissions, tuition billing and classroom/staff scheduling work at La Habra Montessori today, and turn this walkthrough into a scoped, fixed-price plan — including a real design direction, not the placeholder shown here. Credited in full toward whichever build option below you choose.
Founding Client RateEstimates only — a typical range for a single-location school La Habra Montessori’s size. Your exact price and design direction are set in the fixed-price plan from Discovery & Strategy. 50% to start, 50% on delivery.
15% Off Standard RateSecurity updates, uptime monitoring and priority bug fixes, so the system keeps running the way it did on day one — no in-house developer required. Entirely optional — you can maintain the system yourself or bring in your own developer instead.
Locked 12 MonthsNo pressure — just a walk-through of what this would look like built for real, and what it’d cost to get there.
Founding-client pricing applies to Alton Pro’s first 5–8 clients in exchange for a testimonial and logo/name use, and is locked for this project and its first year of Managed Service. Figures above are preliminary estimates based on the scope shown in this walkthrough. The design shown throughout this walkthrough is a starting point, not a final design — the actual look, layout and features are defined together during Discovery & Strategy, built around La Habra Montessori’s own brand and needs. Final scope and price are also set in that same fixed-price plan.
Pricing above covers design and development only. Ongoing hosting, database, and other third-party infrastructure costs are covered by the client and not separately billed by us.
This is a concept prototype, not the current live La Habra Montessori website. It was built by Alton Pro to illustrate what a connected tour-to-enrollment experience — plus classroom and staff management on the back end — could look like. No real tours, applications, payments, rosters or staff records are processed or stored here. The design shown is a starting point for discussion, not a finished product — the final look, layout and feature set are defined together during the Discovery & Strategy phase described on the last screen.
